- WR 121: Composition II (We'll be using Writing Analytically, 5th ed/ by Rosenwasser and Stephen and They Say, I Say/by Graff and Birkenstein. The syllabus is still in progress.)

- Eng 260: Introduction to Women Writers (NEW course!) : Our theme will be "Books That Cook!" We will read (and view) the following:
- "Babette's Feast"/Dinesen
- Like Water For Chocolate/Esquivel
- Crescent/Abu-Jaber
- Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant/Tyler
- Waitress/Shelley
- Possible optional films/books: Chocolat and Fried Green Tomatoes
